Très belle épreuve d'un tirage du XVIIIe s., du 4e état (sur 6), avec le numéro 9 dans la marge gauche, avec l'éraillure à gauche du drapeau le plus élevé, avec les petites taches noires dans le ciel, et avant le numéro dans la marge inférieure droite, rognée à l'intérieur du coup de planche. Ex-coll. H. S. Theobald (Lugt 1375) et A.-J. Hachette (Lugt 132).

Mit der komplettierten oberen Einfassungslinie. Prachtvoller, leuchtend-frischer und tiefschwarzer Druck, der speziell die Spiegelungseffekte der Wasserfläche herrlich zur Geltung bringt. Mit Rändchen um die Einfassungslinie. Mit unscheinbaren Klebespuren verso sowie geringfügigen Läsuren im linken und im oberen Rand, sonst in in sehr guter Erhaltung. Beigegeben von demselben zwei Radierungen "Le Bouvier - Der Rinderhirt" und "Danse sous les arbres - Der Tanz unter den Bäumen" (R-D 8 und 10, Mannocci 18 VI und 19 V A (von VII)).

A very good impression of this scarce etching with strong contrasts and little to no sign of wear. Mannocci 34.
